At Mary E. Fogarty Elementary, our vision is to become a leader among urban elementary schools, by providing a high-quality education for all students, empowering them to take ownership of their learning, while celebrating language and cultural diversity within our community.  Fogarty is temporarily located at 85 Laurel Hill Avenue while their South Providence campus is under construction.  Serving over 400 students, the K-5 school offers ESL in an integrated setting, a Newcomer ESL programs for grades 2-5,  and special education programming in a general education setting.
